You receive a written scope stating inclusions, exclusions, crane responsibility, unloading and envelope items.

Once awarded, start dates are confirmed against steel delivery and site readiness, and crews mobilize to the agreed date.

Equipment & logistics
Built to mobilize.
Lifts, telehandlers, cranes, welding equipment, trucks, trailers and specialized erection equipment are mobilized from the company fleet or sourced locally, based on project logistics and efficiency. Field work is led by owner Joshua Cousins.
Out-of-state work is planned around steel delivery, crew travel and equipment availability so a committed start date means something.

What GCs ask first
What scopes will Patriot bid?
Structural steel erection, miscellaneous steel, pre-engineered metal building erection, metal roof systems, wall panels and siding, insulation, trim, gutters, doors and framed openings, plus demolition or removal of existing metal when it is part of the package.
Will Patriot travel to our project?
Patriot is based at Grand Lake, Oklahoma and serves projects nationwide, with a ten-state core area and nationwide mobilization for projects that make business sense. Travel and logistics are priced openly in the proposal.
Does Patriot provide the crane?
Depending on logistics, equipment is mobilized from the company fleet or sourced locally. Crane and lift responsibility is stated explicitly in the scope so nothing is assumed.
Can Patriot source the building package too?
Yes, where it helps the project. Patriot can source prefab, pre-engineered or custom-configured steel building packages through established supplier relationships and erect them. Patriot is not a turnkey general contractor, engineer or manufacturer.
