The work, described plainly
Patriot erects pre-engineered metal buildings exactly as the manufacturer's drawings specify: anchor bolt verification, primary frames, secondary framing, bracing, roof and wall panels, insulation, trim, gutters, doors and framed openings where those items are in scope.
PEMB erection rewards discipline. Panel layout, fastener patterns and trim details determine whether a building is weather-tight years later, so Patriot follows the manufacturer's erection package rather than improvising in the field.
Patriot can source prefab, pre-engineered and custom-configured steel building packages through established supplier relationships and professionally erect them. Patriot is a steel erection and metal building contractor — not a turnkey general contractor, and not the engineer or manufacturer of the building systems it installs.

I already bought a building. Can Patriot just erect it?
Yes. Erection-only is one of the most common ways Patriot is hired. Send the manufacturer's drawings, the delivery date and the scope you want priced.
Can Patriot supply the building too?
Yes. Patriot can source prefab, pre-engineered or custom-configured packages through established supplier relationships and erect them. Patriot does not manufacture or engineer the buildings.
Does Patriot pour the slab?
No. Patriot is not a turnkey general contractor. Concrete, dirt work and site utilities are handled by others; Patriot verifies the anchor bolt layout before erection begins.
Is erection priced with or without the envelope?
Either way. Some owners want primary and secondary steel only; others want panels, insulation, trim, gutters and openings included. The scope is defined in writing before pricing.
What do you need to give a price?
Location, dimensions, the manufacturer's package if it exists, the delivery date and the scope you want covered.
