Yes, as a defined scope. The existing frame and girt layout are reviewed before pricing.
Do you install overhead doors?
Framed openings and walk doors are standard scope. Overhead door supply and installation are reviewed project by project and spelled out in the scope.
Can you re-skin an old metal building?
Selected re-skin scopes are priced after reviewing photos and the condition of the existing framing.
Is insulation included?
Only when specified. Insulation is listed explicitly in the scope so there is no confusion at invoice time.
