Pre-engineered metal buildings arrive as a system: rigid frames, endwalls, purlins, girts, bracing, panels and trim that must go together in the order the manufacturer designed. Patriot erects that system to the erection drawings, keeping bracing, fastening and sheeting sequences consistent with the package.
Patriot can be brought in as the erection subcontractor on a package you already bought, or it can source the building package and erect it. Either way, the scope is written down before work starts so the GC or owner knows exactly what the crew is responsible for.
Patriot can source prefab, pre-engineered and custom-configured steel building packages through established supplier relationships and professionally erect them. Patriot is a steel erection and metal building contractor — not a turnkey general contractor, and not the engineer or manufacturer of the building systems it installs.

Do you erect any manufacturer's building?
Patriot erects pre-engineered buildings to the manufacturer's erection drawings. Tell us the manufacturer when you send the scope so the package can be reviewed.
What should an estimator confirm before asking for a PEMB erection number?
Confirm which items in the package Patriot is erecting, whether insulation, trim, gutters, doors and framed openings are included, who furnishes lifts or a crane, and whether the slab and anchor bolts will be complete before steel arrives. A clear inclusions and exclusions list keeps erection numbers comparable between bidders.
Is PEMB erection priced differently from structural steel erection?
Yes. A pre-engineered building is a complete system — frames, purlins, girts, bracing and panels — erected in the manufacturer's sequence, so the price depends heavily on the envelope scope. Conventional structural steel erection covers fabricated members set to erection drawings. Send the drawings and Patriot will price the scope that applies.
Does Patriot travel outside Oklahoma?
Yes. Patriot is located in Oklahoma and travels nationwide when the scope, schedule and logistics make sense for the project.
