The work, described plainly
Pre-engineered metal buildings arrive as a system: rigid frames, endwalls, purlins, girts, bracing, panels and trim that must go together in the order the manufacturer designed. Patriot erects that system to the erection drawings, keeping bracing, fastening and sheeting sequences consistent with the package.
Patriot can be brought in as the erection subcontractor on a package you already bought, or it can source the building package and erect it. Either way, the scope is written down before work starts so the GC or owner knows exactly what the crew is responsible for.
Patriot can source prefab, pre-engineered and custom-configured steel building packages through established supplier relationships and professionally erect them. Patriot is a steel erection and metal building contractor — not a turnkey general contractor, and not the engineer or manufacturer of the building systems it installs.
